Under the Hood(ie)
Two Cozy Sherpa burst onto the scene as we shifted our focus to more entertaining looks here at Two Whom. Winter is here and what better way to stay warm and cozy than with a fuzzy quarter zip hoodie? The design is simple yet effective; perfect to create a stylish and high-quality pullover that can be worn repeatedly. This was the ideal time to make it happen!
We decided on orange and green as the colors for the quarter zip, because of the bold saturated colors. For fun & style, it was important to pick a bright color. Opting for dull colors was never an option. With the material & color choices already made, the only remaining step was selecting the style of hoodie. After much anticipation, we are thrilled to now offer quater zip hoodies! We have these oversized sherpa pullovers available for both men and women who want the ultimate in comfort & style.
Sherpa is a type of thick, warm fabric that is often used to make jackets and other outerwear. It’s typically made from a blend of synthetic and natural fibers, such as polyester and wool, and features a soft, fleecy texture. Sherpa fabric is known for keeping the wearer warm in cold weather and is often used in outdoor gear, including jackets, hats, gloves, and blankets. The term "Sherpa fabric" originated from the Sherpa people in Nepal, who are highly experienced in mountain climbing. For this reason, sherpa shackets, hoodies, and other items of clothing are often associated with a casual, outdoor lifestyle.
Turn the hoodie inside out to protect the sherpa fabric from abrasion.
Close any zippers or fastenings to prevent them from snagging on other items in the wash.
Wash the hoodie on a gentle cycle using cold water and a mild detergent.
Avoid using bleach or fabric softener, as these products can damage the fabric or cause fading.
Tumble dry the hoodie on low heat or air dry it flat to prevent shrinkage.
If the hoodie is very dirty or has heavy stains, you may want to spot clean it with a mild detergent and a soft cloth before washing.
To keep your sherpa hoodie looking its best, avoid washing it too frequently and avoid ironing it. The heat from an iron can melt the synthetic fibers in the fabric.
